Service Description

Here in this 6 month meditation ceremony, we will be learning through guided meditation self-acceptance, grounding in our bodies, self-reflection and connecting to our inner child. We will let our creativity soar. We will be writing a letter to our inner child. Journals are required. Comfy clothes are encouraged and a mat/blanket to create a comfort. 6 month meditation schedule: February Sacral Chakra devotion Ceremony: -This meditation will consist of uplifting, healing & aligning our sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is the second chakra and it helps with our self-acceptance, creativity & self-expression. This chakra is located in the lower abdomen. This chakra in particular is highly known for holding an extended amount of trauma. Whether male or female it is a great part of our journey to balance the lower chakras to create a healthy foundation. March Heart Chakra Meditation: -We are releasing grief, fear, and opening our hearts to tap into our masculine & feminine energies. This will help aid in cultivating love for self and acceptance of self love. April Root Chakra Meditation: -This meditation will help us to ground in who we are our stability and security. We are uplifting from fear and lack & stabilizing who we are. May Personal Power Meditation: -A meditation to balance the solar plexus. We are uplift our power that we tend to hide. We will be uplifting and navigating our personal power, self esteem and self confidence. June Higher Self Meditation: -This meditation class focuses on connecting to your higher self. We will navigate to a comfortable space & visualize our higher selves & connect with that part of ourselves that we neglect. July Acceptance: -We will learn how to accept who we are, where we are and acceptance what’s happening to ease anxiety and be present. We will also practice gratitude during this meditation.
